Reaching the goal together
Until one of our design projects is ready for presentation, it goes through a series of phases. A comprehensive briefing and in-depth questioning of the client form the starting point. We also conduct a thorough analysis of previous activities—whether exhibition stands, architectural projects, or publications—and study the website and corporate identity elements. In addition, we review similar projects from the broader world of design.
From this information, we develop the design concept, which defines in writing the project’s objective and the approach to achieving it.
With the design concept, the creative phase begins. Sketches are created and discussed collaboratively, then further developed until a clear design direction emerges. This direction is continuously refined until the final design is established, which is often presented through hand-drawn illustrations.
Throughout this phase, the design is repeatedly compared and aligned with the original concept.
Influences on the design do not come solely from the design department, but also from other departments within the company, with the intention of broadening perspectives as much as possible and considering all potential possibilities.
During the planning phase, the project is transferred into the CAD department and developed digitally, where it is refined to ensure a budget-compliant and construction-optimized implementation.
Our designers remain closely involved throughout this stage to ensure that the design retains its consistency and quality. At the same time, the construction department begins estimating costs to ensure the project stays securely within the defined budget framework.
The preparation for client presentation documents every single step — from initial analyses and ideas, through working sketches and illustrations, to the final rendering — with the aim of making every detail, color, form, and material both well-founded and traceable within the design process.
The final result represents a proposal for the client and invites them, after thorough review and evaluation, to suggest improvements or potential modifications. Only then does the detailed planning phase begin, including construction and technical drawings, as well as the precise cost calculation for the final quotation.
